Project calls for the expansion of the existing passenger terminal complex building of approximately 150,000 sq. m and associated services and apron works. Project entails expansion of the northern end of the existing facility comprising of a three levels, front and back of house, arrival and departure levels, passenger amenities such as lounges, retail, food & beverages as well as other passenger and airport related support facilities.
Project entails construction of four Mixed Use towers (Residential, Commercial and Retail), 14 Nos; of low rise commercial buildings including retail, F&B & commercial space; 6 storeys of basement parking. Project will be located in the boulevard district of the Lusail development.
Project calls for the construction 4 residential towers at the waterfront of Lusail City. The podiums will include retail spaces.
